The product is based on the Microsoft Server product family. Essentially, with Small business server (SBS) you get Microsoft server, Microsoft Exchange server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Internet security and acceleration Server , for substantially less than the cost of buying the individual Small Business Server products together with the required licenses.

Furthermore, your get the full package neatly integrated by Microsoft, and it comes with automated setup routines to help you get 4 powerful server products working together.
